Abstract

The model of client resource management is studied to estimate the sales stability. The method of decision-making system is done on the general parameters' – a trend model, analysis period, the numbers of these periods. On the basis of the real data the effectiveness of the method is demonstrated in view of possibilities for its realization in modern corporative information systems.
